A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

  • Book My Cab Lonavala provides transportation services for tour packages, airport transfers, and other bookings. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and comfortable journey, we do not guarantee the availability of vehicles during peak hours or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused due to natural calamities, breakdowns, accidents, traffic congestion, or any act beyond our control.

  • By using our services, customers accept and agree that Book My Cab Lonavala cannot be held legally responsible for personal losses, delays, or trip interruptions unless caused by proven negligence.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made in advance via call, WhatsApp, website, or authorized agent.

  • Confirmation of booking is subject to vehicle availability.

  • Accurate passenger details and contact information are mandatory.
     

2. Payment Terms

  • Rs 500/- advance is required to confirm the booking.

  • Accepted payment modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, and Mobile Wallets.

  • Rates include driver and fuel charges. Tolls, parking, and state taxes are extra.
     

3. Pick-up & Drop Services

  • Complimentary pickup and drop-off are provided at 'Lonavala Railway Station' and locations within a 5 km radius. For pickup or drop-off beyond 5 km, additional charges will apply.

  • ​Services are available for Pune Airport, Mumbai Airport, Imagica, and major destinations around Lonavala.

  • Waiting time beyond 30 minutes is chargeable.

  • Delays must be informed in advance to avoid cancellation.
     

4. Tour Package Terms

  • Tour Packages have fixed prices.

  • Extra kilometers/hours are chargeable at standard rates.

  • Night charges are applicable after 10:00 PM.
     

5. Cancellation & Refund

  • A 100% refund is available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking date.

  • A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the trip.

  • No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip or for no-shows.
     

6. Conduct Guidelines

  • Passengers are requested to maintain decorum and cleanliness.

  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal activities are prohibited in the cab.

  • Damage to vehicle interiors will be chargeable.
     

7. Delays & Breakdowns

  • We aim for timely service, but delays due to weather, road conditions, or technical issues are beyond our control.

  • In case of breakdown, alternate arrangements will be made if possible.
     

8. Liabilities

  • We are not responsible for loss of luggage or valuables during the journey.

  • All passengers must carry valid ID proofs for intercity travel.
     

9. Amendments

  • Book My Cab Lonavala reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. Updated policies will be available on request.
     

10. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Lonavala Court, Maharashtra.
