CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Book My Cab Lonavala, we understand that travel plans may change. To offer clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for all bookings made with a ₹500 advance amount.

Booking Amount

  • A booking amount of ₹500 is mandatory to confirm your cab or tour service.

  • This amount is refundable only as per the cancellation timeline mentioned below.

Cancellation Timeline & Refund Rules

  1. Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time:

  • ✅ 100% refund of the ₹500 booking amount.

  • 💡 Ideal for customers who notify well in advance.

   2. Cancellation made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled booking time:

  • ✅ 50% refund of the ₹500 booking amount (i.e., ₹250 will be refunded).

  • ⚠️ 50% of the booking amount will be retained as a cancellation charge.

 

  3.Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time or in case of No-Show:

  • ❌ No refund will be issued.

  • ❗ This includes last-minute cancellations or failure to show up at the pickup point.

Rescheduling Policy

  • You may request a rescheduling once, provided it is requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and must be rebooked within the next 7 days.

  • Booking amount will be adjusted to the new date. No refund will be applicable after rescheduling.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • No cash refunds will be provided unless mutually agreed upon.

  • Book My Cab Lonavala reserves the right to cancel any trip under unavoidable circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
